Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority! We have worked so hard to ensure our products are high qualities! We will issue a full refund if your product is faulty.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by after the date you receive the item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Within the 30 days , from the day the item arrive at your house, we will issue full refund or store credit for products in unopened and unused condition in the original packaging that you received it.

If the item is damaged or defective, we will issue an exchange of the same item within 30 days.
We require you first to send us a picture showing the damage item. After the inspection, we will evaluate whether it qualifies our criteria for replacement. Buyer is responsible for the shipping cost. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not fit the criteria.
Please include in the return package your order number and the reason for the return so that the store credit can be properly applied to your account.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Return/Refund policy for Personalized items:

We only accept the cancel order or full refund before making the necklace. Because this is personalized item, so please choose carefully before you place the order.

*Any correction to or cancellation of your order must be requested within 24 hours of purchase in order to not incur any additional charge or cancellation fee.

*After 24 hours, any corrections will require an additional 40% fee before the work is completed and any cancellation will result in a 40% fee withheld from your final refund.
